- Packaged rooftop VAV with fan powered VAV terminals
- Hydronic heating water generation and distribution
- Extensive Alerton based DDC building automation incorporating multiple tenant Function, high performance energy conservation algorithms
- Design, programming and installation all by ACES
- Upgraded IBEX Alerton on two buildings to integrate with BACtalk Alerton control system
- Integrated 4 building automation systems in to one Alerton BACtalk campus
