Controls System Scope of Work:
- Electric heat multi-stage VAV terminal boxes
- Hydronic heating water generation and distribution
- Hydronic chilled water generation and distribution
- Electrical install for new chiller units
- HVAC on the following facilities: AQCS Controls Buildings 1 & 2, Water Treatment Building, Coal Car Unloading Building, Utility Service Building, Limestone Preparation Building, Bag House 1 & 2, Control and Service Building, Control and Service Cooling Tower Building, Site Services Building, Sludge Building, Coal Transfer Building #2 and Administration Building.
- Extensive Alerton based DDC building automation, high performance energy conservation algorithms.
- Design, programming and installation all by ACES.
- Worked with Wilson Mohr on the design, engineering, and commissioning.
